Students easily learn these Ending Blends: ng – nd – nt – nk – mp – st – sk – sp – lt

With these flip charts, students simply read the top word, the one with the picture.

Then they lift the flaps to reveal beginning letters and read those words for each

blend.

(Only short vowels are used with the Ending Blends.  So along with learning the blends,
students have a great review of the short vowel sounds.)
